- Purchase phone on Sprint Easy Pay℠, Sprint Lease, iPhone for Life Plan, full MSRP, Certified Pre-Owned or Bring Your Own Device and activate on one of the following qualified plans: Sprint Family Share Pack 12 GB ($90) or 20GB and higher plan, Unlimited Family Plan, Sprint $60 Unlimited Plan, $50 Unlimited Plan or Cut Your Bill in Half Event promotional plan.
Complete the online registration and upload your bill.
- Complete the online registration within 60 days of switching to Sprint, including
uploading your bill showing your phone number and any early termination fee per
line or final installment bill balance for each new-line activation to claim Reward
- Claim amount can be no greater than $350 per line and should not include taxes and
service plan charges. Attached invoice must match the mobile number and amount submitted.
